Spring cleaning these school holidays? Have some old soft toys that you’d be happy to give a new lease of life to?
Seeing Eye Dogs are on the lookout for soft toy donations for our puppy program! Toys are a great enrichment tool for puppies, keeping their brain stimulated – and sharp teeth occupied with things they can chew instead of things they shouldn’t be!
Toys of all sizes are warmly welcomed, however we please ask that any donations do not have beads as the filling, as this can pose a potential hazard for puppies.
Donations can be dropped off to SEDHQ from Monday to Friday between 7am-7pm (closed on public holidays), at 17 Barrett Street, Kensington, Victoria. There is a large tub located in our on-site carpark, next to the steps towards the rear for drop offs.
Please be mindful that there are dogs in training in the area, so please do not approach any dogs or staff members if they are walking dogs. Alternatively if you can’t make it to SEDHQ, we can discuss arrangements to have them sent by post.
